This FREE workshop, is designed as a peek into the Women Who Lead program, so you can get an idea of what you will learn within the course.

The 1-hour workshop is organized into 3 sections ...

  • Facts and Figures: Consolidated research on women in leadership in education on a global scale, both heartbreaking and informative.
  • Stories and Experiences: Highlighting some very specific quotes and stories from our Women Who Lead on the unique challenges women face.
  • Solutions and Strategies: Themes that our Women Who Lead highlight as potential solutions to these challenges to help you start to make a difference in your working environment right away.

This self-paced workshop is:

  • Available right now! I know how busy educators are - we don't always have the time to schedule in a live workshop - so you can watch (and replay) this one, whenever you're ready!
  • Chunked into 3 sections with handy timestamps for you to jump to the section you're interested in - and you can pause and replay any section any time.
  • An edited version of my ECIS keynote from April 2021, so you get a sneak peek into what was offered at the ECIS Leadership conference!

BONUS: When you register, you'll also receive an email with the printable (and editable Google Docs) worksheets to use as reflection prompts throughout the workshop.

Hi! I'm Kim!

I'm the founder and CEO of Eduro Learning, and I recently interviewed over 70 successful women leaders in educational contexts around the world for our Women Who Lead Certificate program.

These interviews offer a valuable insight into the realities women face pursuing a leadership role, and will help you prepare for the next step in your journey - whether you're just getting started, or you're ready to make the leap to the next "rung on the ladder".

As the owner of my own business, I often call myself a "reluctant CEO" because I never had any intention to become a leader, but after conducting these interviews, I realize that being an instructional coach in international schools for over 20 years taught me a lot about leadership. Many of the lessons I learned, and those that are shared within the Women Who Lead program are not part of traditional training for educators.

That's why I'm excited to share this workshop with you today. I'm sharing key insights and stories from successful women leaders that really stood out to me, and would be extremely helpful for anyone pursuing a leadership path!

And the best part is, you can watch right now! I know how busy educators are, so you don't have to wait and find just the right time to participate. Click the button below and begin your training right now!
