After working as an instructional coach in international schools for 15 years, and then mentoring aspiring, new and growing coaches in The Coach Certificate and Mentorship Program, I know how powerful coaching skills can be – within your role as an educator and beyond.
After 15+ years coaching in international schools, followed by 5 years working 1:1 with educators in schools on every continent (except Antarctica) inside The Coach Certificate and Mentorship Program, I know even experienced coaches can struggle to build a sustainable coaching culture. Usually it's because the school is missing some of the systemic and structural elements! Once you can identify what's missing, there are clear next steps you can take to move forward and develop a true coaching culture.
