Feeling burnt out or exhausted in your instructional coaching role?

Sometimes it's easy to forget or prioritize the time you need to for self care, as an instructional coach, because you're always so busy supporting others.

Do you need to find...

  • the space to reflect on what’s working & what could be improved, in your coaching practice, on your team, in your coaching program, with your admin…
  • the time time to plan for & reflect on coaching conversations, so you feel prepared and not rushed
  • the energy to keep supporting your colleagues with enthusiasm.

This workshop is for YOU!

Being a coach is a big job! You’re constantly supporting and advocating for others, and sometimes that means you put yourself last.

As coaches, we may need to be reminded that “you can’t pour from an empty cup.”

For you to be your best self in your school setting, it’s important to take self care seriously. Taking the time to take care of yourself allows you to be present at work.

Being calm, present and balanced in your role makes you more approachable as a coach to the teachers that you work with. Having the mental space, energy and passion to build a coaching culture is essential to our work as coaches.

After 15+ years coaching in international schools, followed by 5 years working 1:1 with educators in schools on every continent (except Antarctica) inside The Coach Certificate and Mentorship Program, I know how much energy it takes to be a coach. Constantly supporting others means that you don't always take the time you need for yourself. Making the mindshift to bring self-care to work, and developing strategies that work in your context is key!

That's why I'm excited to share this workshop with you today. I'm sharing my top tips from 20 years of experience, plus all the amazing stories from our guests on the #coachbetter podcast, and the experiences of our clients inside The Coach so you can jump straight to success in your coaching practice!

There will be lots of opportunities to connect and interact following the workshop to get additional support, as you need it.
