Are you ready to make scale the impact you can make as an instructional coach?

Do you want to know if your school has the systems and structures in place that are needed to make instructional coaching sustainable over time?

Are you ready to navigate complex conversations about sustainable coaching systems with your school leaders?

As coaches, we know the impact coaching can have - but only when it is sustainable over time. Embracing your leadership will help you advocate for the systems and structures that are needed to truly sustain a coaching culture - for you as an individual coach, and for your school.

This is the difference between your school just “having coaches” on staff to “having a coaching culture”.

In this workshop, you'll level up your understanding of the Thrive Model for Sustainable Instructional Coaching to see your coaching program through a leadership lens AND identify what's needed in your coaching program right now - so you can take action immediately!

During the workshop, we'll talk about ...

  • why you need to start looking at your coaching program from a macro lens, to see if the systems and structures in place are either supporting or hindering your coaching culture
  • how you can use the Thrive Model with a leadership lens to build sustainable coaching culture,
  • 19 specific actions you can take this year to develop systems and structures that will support sustainability,
  • four specific case study scenarios from schools around the world that demonstrate how to view your coaching practice through a leadership lens.

This 30-min workshop is:

  • Pre-recorded so you can watch when you have time!
  • Practical and interactive - you can map out exactly what your school needs within the 30 minute session!
  • Designed for experienced coaches and all learning leaders - this workshop is the missing piece you need to make your coaching practice & program sustainable long term!

BONUS: When you register, you'll also receive an email with the printable (and editable Google Docs) worksheets to use as reflection prompts throughout the workshop.

Hi! I'm Kim!

I'm the founder and CEO of Eduro Learning, host of the #coachbetter podcast & creator of Women Who Lead, The Coach and The Certificate of Educational Technology & Information Literacy (COETAIL).

After 15+ years coaching in international schools, followed by 5 years working 1:1 with educators in schools on every continent (except Antarctica) inside The Coach Certificate and Mentorship Program, I know even experienced coaches can struggle to build a sustainable coaching culture. Usually it's because the school is missing some of the systemic and structural elements! Once you can identify what's missing, there are clear next steps you can take to move forward and develop a true coaching culture.

That's why I'm excited to share this workshop with you today. I'm sharing insights from my work with coaches and school leaders around the world, as well as examples from the #coachbetter podcast so you can scale the impact you're already making as an experienced instructional coach!
